IRON Flow

IRON Flow combines the mindful movements of yoga with the added strength of resistance training by adding hand weights or kettlebells to your flow! Practice begins with breath work and yoga sequencing that will be incorporated throughout the class to enhance the mindfulness of moving weight purposefully through the postures. 

The added value of added strength work into your practice will leave you feeling stronger and more resilient on and off your mat. 

This class is recommended for practitioners who are familiar with yoga. 


Candlelit Meditative Flow

We like to call this "the goldilocks" class. Not too hard, but not too easy. Not too hot, not too cool. A balance of body and mind in a mindful and meditative flow. You will experience effort and ease from the beginning breath work,  through each posture and savasana.

Coffee and Conversations

Schedule

Join us in the studio lobby for coffee and conversations (coffee optional - good company included). 

Each week we will begin with a short meditation followed by discussion on a different aspect of Buddhist philosophy as a way to inspire happiness in our own lives and the lives of others by more meaningful and virtuous living. 

This is a free offering and open to ALL. If you have a spiritual or religious practice already, you may find that Buddhist philosophy can serve as a way to enhance what you already do. If you are a spiritual seeker, perhaps this is what you have been seeking.
