Yoga Foundations Workshop Series

Whether you are brand new to yoga, have been away from your mat for awhile, or are looking to understand the mechanics of your body to keep it safe and flowing for years to come, this workshop serves to set the foundation for confidence in your yoga practice.
Through this workshop you will gain:
- awareness of proper alignment
- the practice of modifying or enhancing postures
- confidence in your bodies ability to be its best teacher
- a sense of support from individualized attention from our teaching team, as well as fellow students
The follow up session in this series empowers you to take the foundational principles and apply them to additional postures and transitions that will keep your practice flowing and growing.

The Elevation Series
Unlock strength, balance, and confidence in The Elevation Series, a progressive workshop led by Yassi Kay from PureYaS, to help you master arm balances and inversions. Build the strength, mobility, and mindset needed to float, balance, and flip your perspective.
Through drills, alignment techniques, and playful exploration, Yassi will guide you in engaging key muscles, refining technique, and moving past fear. Whether you’re working on crow, handstands, or beyond, this series will help you rise to the challenge.

Soundbath Experience
