Gentle Flow + Meditation

Find your presence on the mat as we begin the class with breathing techniques to balance and center yourself. Mindfully sequenced, slow and flowing movements will gently work into the body, enhancing flexibility and strength. This gentle practice concludes with 10-15 minutes of guided meditation to parallel the flexibility and balance we created in the body to that in the mind, restoring mental and emotional balance.
 
This class is appropriate for all levels.
