Michael Fairfax

Mike began his yoga practice to rebuild strength and stability after being involved in a motorcycle accident. It didn’t take long for him to fall in love with fluid yoga and all the benefits he gains from his practice. Being a collegiate hurdler, Mike invites challenging and empowering postures to his practice and loves to sweat. He currently coaches high school track and field as a USATF Level II Coach. His passion for fitness and helping others lead him to complete his 200hr Fluid Yoga Training at Wheelhouse. “Yoga has done wonderful things for me physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. If I can help others experience something similar, I know I’ll be doing some good in the world.”
