Melissa Milne began yoga as a means to become more fit but quickly realized that the practice is so much more – it nourishes your mind, body, and spirit, not just your body! Wanting to share the joy, comfort, and fitness her practice has given her, she completed 200-hour Registered Yoga Training (RYT) and is a certified instructor through the Yoga Alliance Organization. She believes yoga is for everyone and loves to work with all levels and ages of practitioners, beginner to advanced. In addition to yoga, Melissa loves to hike, kayak, cycle, and walk her chocolate Labrador, Murphy. She has three children and teaches at George Washington University. Please
