Fun Fact: I became a dog mom in March of 2019 and I’m never going dogless again!
I started my yoga journey in 2011, taking community classes whenever I could. My passion for fitness was quickly turned to yoga classes that challenged me physically and mentally. When in Graduate school I utilized yoga as a mental and stress reliever regularly and I quickly realized how eager I was to learn more. I found myself in more and more Power Vinyasa classes and soon stumbled upon Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga! I found these practices to not only elevate my physical practice but also my emotional and mental well being. I enjoy breaking down poses and teaching others how to move deeper into their own practice while listening to their bodies. I believe that yoga, like life, should be fun and I encourage laughter and community in each class.
