Alyson Franca Pollard is owner of WheelHouse Yoga in Clifton, Virginia. With a mindful approach to building her practitioners confidence and ability in their yoga practice, she ensures that one feels accomplished where they currently are in their practice, while safely building to and sprinkling in glimpses of what the next level holds. The union of breath and movement, and mind and body are the foundation of her classes, while enhancing her teachings with a subtle spiritual influence. Alyson is committed to furthering her studies and practice to better enhance the experience of her students, ever evolving. Compassion and service to others, mixed with a little fun and not taking herself too seriously are the foundation from which Alyson's
teachings are formed.

Alyson joyfully studied with Fluid Yoga school, and continues to work closely with the school through retreats, trainings and workshops.

Outside of her love of teaching yoga, she is mother to 3 wonderful children, and as a family they enjoy time outside and sports throughout the year. It's a toss up between mountains and beach, but toes in the sand with a book in hand is Alyson's favorite place!

You can experience her teachings at WheelHouse Yoga, special events and retreats.
