CJ Pascoe
RYT 200
CJ discovered yoga in 2007 trying to counteract the physical toll of sitting at a desk for 40+ hrs a week. Before long she found it not only strengthened her body, but also her mind + spirit. The unique balance of effort and ease was exactly what she needed and she found herself sneaking out to practice whenever she could. CJ continued her practice for years before completing her Fluid yoga and SPA yoga trainings in 2019.
Fun Fact: CJ signed up for teacher training after taking her first class at Wheelhouse Yoga. She had long been searching for a studio that “felt like home” and she knew she’d found something so special that she wanted to share it with others.
CJ specializes in restorative and vinyasa styles, and her classes are known for their calming and supportive atmosphere.
In her free time, CJ enjoys photography, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with family and her dog, Timber.
Megan Charneco
Megan found yoga in her own search for peace, meaning and movement. A great friend recommended WheelHouse and she now cannot imagine life without yoga or the Wheelhouse community.
Megan seeks wonder and joy in the everyday through her yoga practice, long walks outside, shared laughter, exploration, curiosity, and constant learning.
In her vinyasa styles classes, she invites you to rediscover your wonder and deep knowing through the joy of mindful movement and in letting go of what life should look like. She is a catalyst to fostering connection—both on and off the mat—between body, mind, spirit and in her community and hopes to help her students reignite the flame, flow, love and limitlessness within.
